How to Request Account Deletion

To permanently delete your Karibu account and all personal data associated with it, please follow these steps:

1. Open your email client.
2. Compose a new email to people@karibu.space.
3. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
4. In the body of the email, please include your registered email address or phone number so we can verify your account.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request:

• We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
• Your account will be deactivated immediately upon verification.
• All your personal data (profile, listings, messages) will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
• Some transaction records may be retained solely for legal and accounting compliance purposes.
